Poppyseed Chicken (Shanny)
2 cans chicken - 5oz. (“Tyson” brand is best)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream or plain yogurt
1 roll Ritz crackers
2 Tbl poppy seeds
¾ c. butter or marg. Melted
Combine first three ingredients. Spread in 9 by 13 pan. Combine last 3 ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta! Yummy!
