Recipe #32 Broccoli Chicken Casserole



Broccoli Chicken Casserole (Jes)

2 pkgs broccoli
8 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
A bit of Worcestershire sauce
Cheese, grated

Cook broccoli until tender, drain and arrange on the bottom of pan. Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Add chicken to sauce. Pour over broccoli and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

I lie this but it needs something else to add flavor. I used cream of mushroom soup and that might have been a drag down, but it would be a great side!
