Recipe #80 Beef Stew

Beef Stew (Kayla)

2 lbs stew meat
6 cups water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worchester sauce
1 clove garlic
1 med. Onion
1 bay leaf
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Pinch of allspice
1 tsp sugar

Cook in crock pot until meat is tender.
