Carrot Cookies (Kayla)
¾ c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. mashed carrots
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 c. nuts
Mix together and bake on 375° for 10-12 min.
Frosting:
1 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbs orange juice
Orange peel, grated
