Recipe #122 Banana Bread

Banana Bread (Jes)

2 ½ cups flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 ¼ tsp baking powder
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening
2/3 cup buttermilk (or add about a Tbsp of lemon juice to milk)
1 ¼ cup ripe bananas (about 3), squished
2 large eggs

Bake at 350 for an hour.
