Recipe #127 Zucchini Brownies

Zucchini Brownies (Kayla)

2 c. flour
1 ¼ c. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp baking soda
½ c. cocoa
½ c. oil
2 tsp vanilla
½ c. nuts
2 c. zucchini
Mix dry ingredients, then add zucchini and oil. Pour in greased cookie sheet and bake 350° for 18-20 min. Frost with chocolate frosting, powdered sugar, marshmallows, etc.
