Recipe #133 Gingersnaps

Gingersnaps (Kayla)

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
¼ c. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 ¼ tsp. ginger
¾ tsp cinnamon
Roll into balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake on 350° for 8-10 min.
